We are experiencing some issues with completing checklists on the RiskProof website
Resolved - We have successfully monitored the system for a significant period of time and are confident that all issues have now been resolved. Thank you for your patience during this time

Monitoring - We have been able to deploy a fix which has resolved the issue we were experiencing. We will continue to monitor the Riskproof applications to ensure there is no further issues. Thank you for your patience during this time

Investigating - Currently, our Riskproof applications are experiencing some outages which means that you, and your colleagues, may be unable to complete checklists using the web. We are working hard to establish the cause of this issue and find a resolution as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and any future updates will be posted on here. The RiskProof app is still operating as expected and we encourage you to use this as an alternative.
